Bad The rooms are in dire need of being remodeled. There is a puddle of water from rain on the window sill inside. The furniture was broken down and torn. The shower wall had a big crack in it. There is enough caulking spread around the bathroom to do at least 8 bathrooms.The towel bar was missing. I've seen motel sixes in better condition.

Very Good Breakfast was pretty awful but the worst thing was all the plates and utensils were polystyrene and plastic and were thrown away. Imagine the volume of waste from this place. The staff were great the pool was great the airport transfer was great.

I am so glad that you enjoyed our amenities. While our disposable ware helps to keep the room rates down and is much more sanitary, we are looking into putting a recycling bin next to the trash can in the breakfast area. Let the recycling begin!!
Very Poor The facility was filthy and stinky. The carpet was not in good condition, stained and torn. The elevator was dirty. The room smelled of smoke. The staff seemed confused and overwhelmed. I liked that I was able to get a refund on paper but not in the bank yet, when I called to check on it he just said 'no worries, it takes 2 days"

Good When I call the front desk for the smoke alarm was beeping and I call the desk and there excuses was the mini refrigerator. And there was two at night and none of them could not get off there butt and change the battery.

I apologize for any inconvenience. The desk staff said that one of them was headed that way and you called back and said that it was the fridge. Someone still should have brought in a replacement fridge if that one was making any noise. I will definitely speak to them about that as we encourage above and beyond customer service. Again, my apologies.

Okay We did not have a handicap room like requested then we were moved and had no microwave or fridge. Also could not reach the light switch in the handicapped bathroom Friendly staff

I am glad you were pleased with the customer service. Unfortunately, the 2 rooms booked were standard doubles with the microwave and refrigerator. There was a note in the reservation that requested one to be handicapped. Luckily, we were able to change the room type that was booked. However, those rooms do not all come with a microwave and refrigerator. I apologize for any inconvenience.
Felt safe and functional for what pool was very cold and lots of leaves in it. Shame Courtesy van driver was great

I will pass the compliment on to the driver. Unfortunately for the pool, it was a cold and windy day. Not really ideal for swimming outdoors. I was actually surprised to see a couple of guests swimming anyway.
