Good Breakfast was a basic affair But the thing that alarmed us most was the amount of plastic... everything was served in unrecyclable polystyrene. Bowls, plates, cutlery, cups. And then thrown in the same bin as the food.

Fair A prevalent musty odor that spoiled our stay. I booked a king suite and later booked another one for family members who checked in a couple of days later and somehow their room seemed much cleaner. It was an odor of moisture and carpets not aired out. Staff at all times were very curt and to the point. Location (airport proximity) and the surroundings of the hotel. Quite nice overall for the price.

Next time, please make a staff member aware that you would like to move and we would have happily either moved your belongings for you or brought in an ozone machine that would have quickly circulated and refreshed the air. Again, I am sorry that you had this experience for your whole stay.

Me disculpo por los problemas que encontraste. Veo en su primer día, había un cartel de DND en la puerta a la 1 pm. Sin embargo, no estoy seguro de por qué la habitación no fue servida ese último día. Este no es el nivel de servicio que brindamos normalmente.
Gut für eine Übernachtung in Flughafennähe Insgesamt etwas heruntergekommen und wie in vielen amerik. Hotels lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Eine einfache Unterkunft in der Nähe des Flughafens, genau richtig für eine Nacht. Der Shuttle-Service funktioniert einwandfrei, das Personal ist freundlich. Wer etwas läuft findet auf der anderen Sete des Sam Houston Expressway einige Restaurants der Mittelklasse.

Beim nächsten Flug werde ich dort wieder wohnen Das Frühstück ist nicht gut und alles, was angefasst wird, landet im Müll (Plastikteller, Plastikgeschirr......) Umweltmäßig eine Katastrophe. Die Lage und der Preis sind gut, für Geschäftsreisen mit einer Übernachtung zu empfehlen
