Excellent I would not recommend this hotel because to save on personnel dishes, silverware, cups for the breakfast service were all disposable, plastic or other material. In this day and age, I cannot accept this. And I must say with all my travels since 50 years I have never stayed at a hotel that daily threw away the breakfast dishes. Therefore I would never recommend this hotel to anybody even though the rest was fine.

Most hotels, unless it is an upscale, pricier property, normally use disposable dishes and utensils. As a Hotel Manager and former flight attendant, I have stayed in several hotels as well. Some hotels do this because there is no designated area for large dish-washing jobs, or for sanitary reasons, etc. We make up for this by no longer offering newspapers, since most people get their news online or from TV. Fair You can only watch FoxNews??? I didn’t understand why other news channels didn’t work.... The pillows were not soft and the room got noise from the street and the next door room. I couldn’t sleep well. Shuttle service is good. Breakfast is fine too. First I got a room which was occupied lol then got another room in the first floor but it was smelly, humidity. I asked for another room then finally got a nice and clean one and they gave me a discount for the issue.

We were just sent new receivers for additional channels last week and, unfortunately, your service must have been interrupted during the install. My apologies again....
Fair Not many restaurants close by. Only a diner which was pretty gross. Beds uncomfortable. Linens, carpets, furniture fabrics stained and dirty. Close to the airport. Shuttle was great.

Unfortunately, it seems as if you were put into one of the former smoking rooms due to our limited availability.
