One night stay with family after transatlantic flight Nothing Comfortable beds, nice pool area and good breakfast, friendly and efficient staff

More less hotel with fantastic staff The toilet didn't flush :( Location/shuttle/staff

Perfekt für eine Nacht am Flughafen Der Teppichboden sah bereits sehr mitgenommen aus und lud keineswegs zum Barfußlaufen ein. Eine Erneuerung oder gründliche Reinigung wäre hier optimal. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte den Fluglärm nicht unterschätzen. Die Lage am Flughafen ist super für eine Nacht nach Ankunft oder vor Abflug. Man ist sofort vor Ort. Die Zimmer sind standesgemäß und in Ordnung. Alles vorhanden was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt. Frühstück ist typisch und ausreichend.

Good I have quite a list relating to breakfast: the disposable items left in the table after breakfast made me feel terrible for the environment. Polystyrene plates x 2, polystyrene cup, plastic knife, spoon, then all of the packaging from honey, butter ect. Why not use crockery and metal cutlery? Reusable and a better experience for the guest. The bread was not as good as New Zealand bread, the coffee... cannot bring myself to even drink it as there is no coffee culture that I could see in Houston on my three visits. Not at... read more

Our goal is to provide comfortable, clean rooms and friendly service. I am glad that we accomplished that. As far as breakfast, we use disposable items for sanitary and safety reasons. However, I respect the opinions of all guests.

Cheap prices reflect a very below average airport hotel. I wouldn't want to go back. I booked because it had a hot spa. Sorry sir, not working. Air conditioning in room 325 was so noisy that I couldn't sleep when it came on. Benson the shuttle bus driver was a maniac. He nearly caused a terrible accident. I had to tell him to slow down. Not alot

Soaked The key to our room did not work in order to the come in the side door. Walls in bathroom had some kind of brown stuff all over it behind the door. We woke up to our floor in the bathroom full of water and we didn't know were it came from. While brushing our teeth, after cleaning the water up, I began to feel water on my feet. A pipe was busted under the sink. Only think I liked about the property was that our room was ready. It also was an easy way to leave. It also was a quick check in and night staff were friendly.

Lousy The van drivet an african american left me at the airport. Said I was rude because Ai asked her to put my bags in the van. I was also carrying a dog. She should have been fired!

I apologize for the misunderstanding. You were in the wrong spot for the shuttle and she could not leave the vehicle to cross the street to pick up your bag. I am sure you did not realize that and were also understandably frustrated that your flight was cancelled. Because of language used, we though it best to pay for you to hop in a cab to the hotel. I am glad that it worked out and you arrived safely.

Poor Make sure other dog holders pick up their deposits.convenient Parking facilities , pet friendliness, beds, dog walking space.
