It could be better The lobby attendant on June 26 at night was extremely rude to us, with zero patience and zero professionalism. We arrived tired from a long trip and we didn't expect this from a big hotel. The accommodations and the air conditioner are really good. Calm place, perfect to sleep.

Please do better The bug that crawled up the wall my husband had to kill. The doorwal of the front facing balcony needs to be fix bad. The carpet felt gross just go carpetless it is a better thing and its easier to keep clean. Honestly it needs updating and not sure why yall csn NEVER KEEP STAFF ITS CRAZY. Maybe better management is needed. Breakfast was cool. Restroom was decently clean.

Very nice! Pool suited my needs big time for my grandkids- weather was not a factor. Everything except breakfast ending at 9 instead of 10.
