terrible service staff close to highway
BUGS in Hotel 1. We changed rooms, chose where it does not smell like dog urine or smoke. 2. There are many, many dogs in the hotel. In the evening I saw more than 10 on the walk while I lived there. Plus, I heard some who were not released from the rooms. On the territory of all lawns and some paths in dog shit. In the hallway, someone's dog vomited. 3. I will not stay at this location again This was my second time staying at this facility, the first time I booked a double queen suite, it was nice. Clean and UpToDate. This time I booked a king room with a balcony. When we go to the second floor the hall way was extremely hot, once we entered the room it was hot an odor. The air took forever to cool off. Looks new and clean, but is not comfortable to have a smelly room and crowded breackfast The room smelled bad. Breakfast area very crowded and slow re supply. Looks new and well maintained. Very secure, fenced parking lot.
Over paid. Over charged me and never refunded my money even after speaking to front desk numerous times. First of all, La Quinta charged me $130 to reserve our room and then upon arrival we were charged the full amount for two nights, but never received the $130 back to my card like I was told I would. So I was over charged.
