5/5 El personal pésimo, no me regresaron mi depósito por una toalla que segun había manchado como si no se fuera a lavar. Alojamiento estaba bien

Poor Bathroom water wouldnt get hot switched me to another room and that water wasn't hot or barely warm room 409 and 411 It was clean staff was nice

A absolument éviter ! Accueil déplorable, mal aimable et pas professionnel du tout! Nous avons payé pour un extra bed, mais il n'y avait ni draps ni couette. On nous à dit qu'il fallait amener sa propre couette ! En plus de ça on a redonné notre chambre à d'autres clients alors que nous étions à l'intérieur de la chambre en train de dormir ! Et reponse hallucinante du personnel : " c'est à cause de mon système " Et pas d'excuses. Pas grand chose à vrai dire !

I would not stay there again The staff, the cleaning crew was rude and not helpful. I asked for extra towels and pillows at the time of summiting my request to stay there. Which I did not get either one. When I asked the cleaning lady she asked for my dirty towels but did not give me clean ones stated they were washing. At the end she went and got some from another room but the fact that was not done from the beginning and the attitude that was given. Swimming pool execept no towels available

Fair Water pressure was to low and the water at the in door pool was ice cold

It was just Ok I asked for extra pillow the first night they said no, then towels the next day they asked million questions before they gave me some, I had to bring the wet ones from the room to exchange them for new ones. Breakfast and parking.
