Pleasant House keeping was extremely rude The breakfast and the property
Okay I actually liked everything until i saw a roach in the room Staff was very nice
Good They didn't change my sheets and lied afterwards not knowing food wasted on the sheet in the corner they could not see The room was nice and the breakfast was good
Not advertised correctly The rooms are not advertised correctly. I booked a Executive King Suite assuming the photos online were accurate and that we would be getting a 2 room suite. Upon arriving we were told they only had 2 of the 2 room suites and that they were both occupied. We are moving cross country with 2 dogs and a baby so the advertisement photo of the suite is the reason we spent the extra $75 to stay at this hotel. We needed the separation. Passando por aqui Ao lado do Walmart e no meio do caminho. Estávamos de passagem, seguindo de Nova Orleans para Dallas e precisávamos de um local para descansar. Este hotel foi ótimo.
Noisy Hotel next to the Beltway Very Noisy, lot of lorry- drivers and oilworkers, dogs allowed, lousy wifi, next time I would choose another hotel nextby Good Parking, Breakfast Included

They don't listen!!! Asked for late check-out for 1pm when I checked in .......The next morning housekeeping started knocking on the door at 11:45am. Ten minutes later the front desk called ... asking if I had requested a late check-out. Another 30 minutes went by .. the maid starts knocking again. I finally got up and checked out!! King suite was very dark... furniture was worn looking. No value for the money!! Waffles were good!! Breakfast was a 1.5-star!!
