Could not pay me to stay there again!!! 1. The carpets throughout the halls smelled rancid. The halls also reeked of weed. 2. All the staff needs re-educated on customer service. I would have to say the absolute worst staff I have encountered in a long time. 3. The wet carpet in our room smelled like fritos, dirt, and mold. Bad Room was dirty.. Had left over food on cabinet,refrigerator. Housekeeping asked if we wanted it.

Very loud highway rooms despite having asked for quiet rooms We asked for a quiet room still while booking the place. We got a room facing the highway. Very loud and noisy. Couldn’t sleep all night
Bad Costumer service was rude and they do not have enough towels for the guest… be sure to book when they aren’t renovating or else they’ll have nails failing on your head from the roof…
DONT BE GROSS AND PURCHASE MORE TOWELS!! We could NEVER get towels!!! Like we could ONLY get towels once room service clean the room. I went to the front desk TWICE for towels, so we can shower before starting our day, but was told “I’ll let room service know” room service pickup the towels that we used but didn’t get more until she cleaned the room. 2 adults and 2 kids with only TWO face towels is unacceptable. Disappointing Breakfast was cold. The pool was closed for our stay. Handicap parking spots were closed for our stay. The price was right.
Wish I had picked somewhere else to stay Breakfast was not good. very basic and lacked variety and health conscious choices. The room smelled musty upon entering and was not very clean. The sofa in the room had some white substance on it so couldn't even use it. Only redeeming quality was a friendly staff.
Stay overall was okay besides the room not being serviced properly by house keeping. . The house keeping wasn’t good. We checked in on Friday and on Saturday our trash cans were not emptied when it was serviced nor the room vacuumed. On Sunday we left and returned to the hotel late at night and our room had not been cleaned at all. Very disappointing. Secured parking at night.
