Fair The overnight staff lady was very unhelpful and rude Room size
Sleepless nights There were people fighting and arguing in the hallway on our first night there. Also, the second and third night there were doors slamming, loud talking and laughing from about 1 am until 4 am. We were not able to sleep. I did let the front desk know and was told they "had it under control". Which clearly they did not. The room was clean, and the 2 young women who checked us in and out were very friendly.

Fair I checked in with 3 kids on a Thursday evening and only had 2 face towels. I asked for more and one lady told me they didn’t have anymore while another told me they didn’t have access to the towels only housekeeping did and they wouldn’t be there until the morning. When I booked I included how many ppl would be in the room so I do not understand why the room was not prepared for my family. I literally had to use one of my shirts to bathe with.
