Don’t waste your money dirty bad service and dishonest Toilet keep running filling with water when not even flushed and then would make a continuous loud high pitch squeezing sound. A/c made loud rubbing noises on and off waking me up, my window wasn’t locked when I got there. Bugs all over carpet and old pet dog treats under bed. Thank you for your feedback. You arrived late Friday night and you made your reservation to check in on Saturday not Friday. Therefore you had to pay for staying Friday night. Your check in would’ve been at 3pm or after on Saturday. Just because it is after midnight does not mean you stay Friday for free. You said nothing to staff about bugs on carpet and extended and made new reservation to stay Sunday night as well which I can’t imagine anyone would do if they were staying in a room with bugs everywhere. Room was extremely dusty!!! Room was extremely dusty!!! Nice
Poor Our first room was dog friendly, which wasn’t on the booking, the room smelled horrible and had dirty towels lining the urine stained bed. They moved us to another room, but then the fire alarm chirped all night. Location was great and staff helped out.
Price was good but I Will not be staying there again in the future. The room smell of mildew. We didn’t have use of the tv. I called the front desk and someone came to fix it. It worked for 20 minutes and was out again so I had to tell my kids to just go to bed. I put the ac on 70 degrees and the room never cooled. Nice breakfast and the staff was great. The hotel wasn’t too crowded. I was given an upgrade to a 2 Queen.

Very dirty, made me feel dirty The room smelled of Cigarette smoke, a lot. We reported it so we wouldnt get charged for smoking, and it seemed they were used to it, so I am guessing its not a new issue. Especially because the smoke was deep in there. There were even cigarette burns on stuff. The carpet was dirty, not with debris, just stuck it dirt I guess. The location is not terrible, but not great. All in all, the place was dirty, and it made me feel dirty. I guess it was cheap
