ruim fizerem uma lambança com meu cartão de crédito cobraram a mais , e não fizerem o retorno , pessoal da recepção super despreparado para atender. a mulher não sabia fazer o cancelamento do cartão , enfim cobraram duas vezes , e estou com problema até agora , porque a credora não cancela a estadia cobrada a mais.

Please be aware I was given dirty washcloths and towels 2x. The hot tub wasnt maintained at all, there were leaves and debris in it. That was a big part of why I booked the hotel :( The bed was really comfortable. The room I stayed in was huge!! No problems for sleeping..
Regular, no muy buena, lo siento La limpieza, solo la hicieron 1 vez. El personal, he estado en hoteles donde el staff es super amable y cordial, aqui buenos dias y nada mas. El bano no era nada comodo, ademas tuve que ir a buscar toallas limpias y papel higienico a la recepcion, encontre un plato de comida en la nevera. El primer dia hubo carencia de huevos en el desayuno. Generalmente no me gusta dar tan baja calificacion, pero en verdad no estuvo como de costumbre, La ubicacion por la actividad a realizar
This has been my worst hotel stay experience ever in my many years of traveling. Stay anywhere else! The hot tub was dirty and broken, ice machines broken, computer broken, our room was dirty (dirty q-tips, dead roaches, old candy and glass amongst the dirt) and so I was given a broom to clean it myself. Reported all these things to front desk and never got to speak with a manager and spent over $500 for 3 nights and the amenities were broken or too dirty to use. This was terrible some one broke into our room we had to move rooms 3 times because the door handle was broken to our door, the 2nd room was dirty with stains all over the blankets and the 3rd room smelled like pee and wine. nothing

Wouldn’t stay there again older hotel, very dirty floors, carpet elevator. Room was quite dated, bathtub had peeling porcelain and rust stains. Also head paint splatter all over the floor in the room. Hallways were quite dirty all in all place could use a good cleaning and touchup. Breakfast was so so, I’ve seen other La Quinta hotels and this one was on the lowest end of satisfactory. location
