Second worst of my last 20 hotel stays Room smelled. Bathroom lights did not work. Check in took 45 minutes. Breakfast was an hour late, and did not include scrambled eggs or breakfast meat as promised, probably because the staff person was an hour late. Room was nice

meh Elevator was broken, for who knows how long. The hall and stairway carpeting should have been replaced years ago. Ditto the paint. Seriously neglected property overall. The location, and the bed was nice enough. Good TV and water pressure.

Needs to be upgraded or closed as our stay was not pleasant. The rooms are unkept The first room we were in the bath door was broken and you could not close it and the bedspreads were very dirty, The tub was not clean as the corners had scum in them. The second room the fan in bath sis not work no the toilet leaked on the floor.Thw. odds was always like warm and breakfast was very limited. No bagels or muffins just bread for toast and huge titillating. The location. It’s close to major freeway and lots of restaurants.
Poor the check in staff very helpful. filthy, filthy and filthy. The floors are so caked with dirt it was disgusting

Do better. Clean those hallway floors!!!!!! Clean the doors and the rooms. Just nasty. I didn't like it was a "Pay at property" and then yall proceeded to take my money OUT my account Friday morning! I called and yall told us it was a new rule that went into effect that Friday am. Not telling your customers about this is not fair or professional at all. The hallways were so dirty. Organisational drama We were literally that one couple where everything went wrong.... We first got a room that wasnt clean, then we got a room without towels, the shower edges were not clean to say the least. The room passes to open the door werent working well we had to visit front desk 2 times for that, internet was slow for video, the breakfast was not well supplied... both days there were no eggs for the entire time we were sitting there. terrible… several pictures of the filthy carpet dirty … no room cleaning in 7 days . employees were smoking pot on premises. some days no continental breakfast.
Ok, except the smell of sewage. Our bathroom sink filled with sewer water and smelled the entire room. Breakfast was ok. Large variety.
