it was ok didnt look 100 % maintained. pool was dirty , urine all over my toilet seat in the room. switched to new room . there was some things the cleaning cree missed in the new room. such as pacifier on the floor friendly staff. overly property looked good
I will never stay at La Quinta again. Staff was unhelpful and had an attitude. Even though I called ahead and requested a mobility challenged room location, near car, elevator and breakfast, the room in fact was the farthest from the breakfast area and the ice machine. Nothing. It was old and shabby and the room was really tired. Terrible bed, the room was not very clean, the tv and phone wouldn’t work.

Was almost moved twice as a result of poor facilities. i declined the second move as I was simply too tired after after everything thing else. Bathroom was dirty; pillows on the bed were dirty had to go downstairs to get new ones which took 15 min as she had to make them it seems; tub drain was disgusting and clogged; the access keycard used by staff was left in the bathroom giving me access to every room either on my floor or in the hotel. UNACCEPTABLE proximity to highway
The staff was wonderful but the management was not no hot water one day no water at all another day room was clean and comfortable.
Bad I did not like the fact that I traveled hundreds of miles and book an hotel hotel that had no hot water hot water is it slow loud and the the location was too far from where I needed to be What I like about the hotel was a staff they were very helpful and very kind
Bad We didn't like the location nor did we care for the fact that there was no hot water in the facility facility and we had to leave the hotel We were there to attend a wedding and we could not go to the wedding without cleaning ourselves so it made it difficult not having hot water The staff was cooperative
