Disappointing The curtain from the window had holes The staff that served breakfast was very friendly. Check in staff could have been friendlier. Water dispenser with ice provided at the front lobby.
Bad no se la recomiendo a nadie es lo peor que me a pasado en un hotel sucia todo el hotel la habitación sucia la alfombra y el baño manchado la tasa parecía es memento las armuadas pequeñas y duras solo dos jabones pequeños en el baño no tenía caja de seguridad nos llegamos 12:30 am y tuvimos que cancelar los tres días siguientes
This hotel has sadly declined since our last stay here several years ago. The elevator on our end of the long hall was out of order, as was the only ice machine, for all three days. The temperature in the room refrigerator could not be adjusted and froze everything. The faucet control in the shower could not maintain a constant temperature. Pet friendly hotel- be aware It's a Pet Friendly hotel. I wasn't aware that they allowed pets in ALL rooms. (Its usually just 1 floor) Therefore I had extremely difficult allergies and awoke the next morning with my eyes nearly swollen shut due to my reaction to pet dander. Be aware of the fine print and read it all. I paid the price for not doing so . Location was near the hospital
Fair Older refurbished property showing wear and tear on the refurbishment. Trash around the door to the parking lot, including someone’s old mask, was off putting. Only 1 elevator that was very slow. Not a bad stay, but for the same price we had a room at brand new hotel in the area the previous week. close to US93

Bad I had an emergency called the facility and the person that answered the phone was very very very rude and instead of trying to help me he hung up on me, called again and the next person that answered stated that the had no information regarding my booking and they could not find my name or information
terrible - price too high for the poor service received Lobby elevator broken - told 2 months wait Requested room to be made up on 2 occasions and on both nothing was done 1st floor ice machine broken Breakfast - no changes from day to day Staff assisted with changing the room from 3rd floor to first floor
