got the room in the very back of hotel all you hear is the freeway :( pool was dirty and not heated hot tub was as well dirty. made hair turn green ! breakfast was nice
Good stay breakfast had very limited options ; minimal toiletries clean and neat
wasn’t the greatest first stay…but at least the breakfast in the morning was good I was given a room occupied by someone else so it wasn’t great to open a door on a guest. Also, things were broken or missing from the room. door handles missing from bathroom, coffee maker wasn’t working. even after putting a do not disturb sign on the door, housekeeping kept knocking on the door. when I advised front desk about it, instead of apologizing and excuse was given about housekeeping “disability”. location was fine as I was looking ... read more
Very Poor No essentials in the room. When I called front desk I was left on a long hold I had to hang up. Called again to request soap and nobody ever came that I had to walk myself to the front fest to obtain soap, shampoo, body, wash etc. This place is way overpriced.
hotel is worn and not kept up. sub par and very overpriced run down. our bathtub had a permanent ring and was not clean convenient location
Fair Dog hair in our room and on our bedding, rooms were not cleaned very thoroughly, and the room smelled like it was not clean. The check-in staff on the night shift and the woman organizing the breakfast were very nice.
My first room was pretty dirty, was given the option to switch rooms.2nd room was cleaner, not great My room was pretty dirty. Crumbs on top of the comforter, and crumbs and popcorn kernels inside the sheets, as well as loose hair. . Hair on the bathroom counter. Crumbs in the seams of the chair. Sticky bedside table top. Fair The room cleanliness was poor. I appreciated that this is a pet friendly hotel, however the room floor was not clean.
Won't book again I was definitely disappointed in the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The beds are extremely soft and uncomfortable almost as if there is no box spring, the bathroom was utterly disgusting. There was rust and what looked like mold in the shower as well as a yellow substance, it looked as if the doors hadn't been wiped down after a mechanic had worked all day and not cleaned their hands. It was in a good location
