very bad cleaning, breakfast, dirty bed linen - asked to replace the sheet, deception - it was written including hot breakfast, but it was not, dirty bath, clogged washbasin, dirty curtain in the bathroom, dusty and dirty carpet, etc. location
We chose to stay in a less expensive hotel and essentially got what we paid for. The room had a funny smell…we had to buy an air freshener. The door to the room was hard to open and close. The pillows were uncomfortable and there was no extra blanket for the bed. There was no maid service we found out due to Covid restrictions. Disgustingly Filthy & ill-maintained! - Room covered in Cat Hair - Incompetent & unhelpful staff! The room was absolutely filthy and not properly maintained! First we notice pools of water on the bathroom floor. When we wiped them up with a towel, the towel was blackened. Then we noticed the toilet seat was broken and slid off the bowl when sat on. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed, the chairs had hairs on it, the table & night stands were so dusty I had to clean them m It wasn’t clean at all It was in a nice location
okay It wasnt clean at all and the noise of the cars was too much.
I spent $600 for three nights of fighting with a jammed door and cold showers. We did not have these issues last time we The door handles (we were told they are all the same) do not close and open properly. you have to use your key card to close the door or it doesn’t shut and to open it you have to lift the handle up and body bump the door to get it to open because of how the handles were installed. Terrible- very expensive and very bad. Felt dirty and cheap. We are paying less at the Bellagio- First room we were given had blood on the bedspread and a feminine hygiene product on the floor. Second room bathtub was so worn it looked dirty, peeling paint, not clean. Dogs barking, slamming doors woke us up.
Need Better Customer Service & Breakfast There is a continental breakfast unlike other La Quinta in the area like we stayed at the day before that offered a full breakfast, its is the sole reason why we won't stay here again. The next day on check out I went to get coffee outside of breakfast hours by 30 minutes, I didn't know the hours and I just wanted coffee so it was not a big deal to me if there wasn't any I went to use the coffee machine and it appeared empty and I didn't say anything but the girl from the front desk w... read more
Find somewhere else to stay if you can The bed was super soft and uneven, the walls were so thin it sounded like people in next room were in my room, the pool/ jaccuzzi door wouldn't open. The thermostat didn't seem to work. Location
