Good They have a serious elevator problem. There are two small elevators that are slow. One evening around 6:30 PM we wanted to leave for dinner; housekeeping had shut off one elevator so we had to wait a long time to get down. Coming back one evening around 10:30 PM we discovered a very long line of non-guests waiting to go up to the rooftop bar. Guests trying to get to their rooms were given no priority and the wait involved a number of elevator cycles.

Empfehlenswert Aufzüge überlastet: lange Wartezeiten.Sehr langsames W-Lan, in das man sich ständig neu einloggen muss. Zimmer zwar klein, aber komfortabel und schön ausgestattet. Lobby und Frühstücksraum neu und modern. Leicht erreichbar, sehr zentral gelegen und von der U-Bahn (Harold Square ) nur eine Minute.
Good location, convenient and spacious room. Breakfast is continental. Some hot food like oats will go a long way. Room is spacious for 3 adults. Location is convenient to 33 st station.

Exceptional Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and comfortable. The location is great (near the subway/penn station), though it gets a little noisy at night.
