Excellent There could maybe be a variety in the breakfast menu. For a diabetic that can not eat carbs, it was difficult to find something except the boiled eggs to eat. Location, staff very professional and friendly.
No deben publicitar que se hablan idiomas, no encontramos a nadie que supiera español ni italiano. Carísimo, no hay personal que hable español y en la recepción durante los 8 días que estuvimos ni nos atendieron bien ni amablemente. Además el asensor es lentísimo y sin aire acondicionado.

Great place!!! Breakfast could be a bit better, but most NY hotels do not provide the breakfast that is included. Very helpful staff. Great location. Nice room with a silent air-conditioner and a possibility to open a window. Free wi-fi.

Excellent Una buena ubicación que nos permitía a mi hijo de 12 años y a mi hacer buenos recorridos.El desayuno es poco variado pero rico. Al lado de la quinta avenida así que teníamos fácil acceso a todos los sitios. El personal muy amable.
