Very Good
Great location and staff. Free wi-fi wasn't good on upper floors (I was on 9) but awesome in the business center. Long waits for the elevator in the evening when lots of folks were headed to the roof top bar. Location was great for my purposes on this trip. Staff was helpful and friendly, especially the front desk folks, both on arrival and departure. Room was small but clean and well-arranged. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again!
A good place but-- I didn't like how my payment was handled. I find it confusing the manner the settlement of my bill was handled. Initially l was told that there was no pre-payment .However that was not so. The worst was that after settling my bill on departure l noticed that there was still another $250.00 pending on my debit card 3 days after l had left. Fntastic clean and friendly in a great location. breakfast was just fine.
Good Very small room kinda smelly Comfortable bed
Exceptional convenient location. The receptionist was extremely courteous and professional. She gave me a very nice room, higher floor as I had requested. I didn't have time for the breakfast so didn't experience that. The gym could use a few free weights. 5-10-15 20-25 lbs and maybe another lifecycle. that one was pretty old. Love an outside windowing the bath. Air conditioner worked very well and wasn't too loud as man other Manhattan hotels.
Exceptional
Hotel is with an excellent location, very clean and correct a good price/value!! I didn't like the view from my room 404, was obliged to keep the curtains closed all day long. The other negative point was the queue to take the elevator due to the happy hour in the Roof Bar!! I liked the hotel's location, in the heart of Manhattan; easy to walk.
