Exceptional service, staff and location! Location in center of Koreatown was fun but late night noise, street construction during my stay, was a little disruptive. Loved the Hotel. Really great, friendly staff (Tom at front desk was super; my housekeeper was exceptional!). Room was spacious enough and bed comfortable. A great 5 day stay!

The only reason I stayed here was to be close to Hmart and restaurants in Koreatown Old facilities from the last century. There was a very cold draft in the bathroom. The HVAC heating system was loud and noisy, too cold or too hot. Location

great location, comfortable stay, would book again only 1 lift was working for a few days but fixed shortly after location right near Empire State Building, Penn station, Times Square lovely rooftop bar
