Gone downhill No luggage storage or breakfast options since COVID. Waiting for the elevators was painful, and was quicker to take the stairs, even when staying on the 9th floor Good location

super séjour cet hôtel est parfait pour moi. très bien situé et les lits sont super confortables. il n'y avait pas de petits déjeuner, apparemment en raison de la covid 19

bom custo-benefício Na nossa opinião, a cama é muito mole e o ar condicionado muito barulhento. Elevadores são muito demorados. Não há café da manhã. Ficamos em um quarto no hall dos elevadores. Sugerimos não ficar nessa área pois há muito barulho. O hotel é super bem localizado, próximo à estação de metrô, à Herald Square, Macys, H&M, Zara, etc. É uma região de muito comércio. A rua do hotel é bem feia e movimentada, porém não sentimos insegurança (teve dias que chegamos no hotel de madrugada). Não há frigobar nem microonda... read more

A longa espera pelo check in. Tive que esperar 5 horas para fazer o check in. Meu marido e eu esperamos no lounge com as malas. Não tem mais storage room para deixarmos as bagagens e podermos sair pela cidade. Melinda estava na recepção e foi irredutível com o horário. Na mudança de turno, um senhor nos deu a chave do pequeno quarto. Foi a terceira vez que fiquei nesse hotel. Gosto da localização que é perfeita. Camareiras educadas e prestativas.

Overall it’s was a nice stay. The noise early am from garbage and delivery trucks . They need to invest in sound proof windows for the front side. You can’t rest. We was in the seventh floor. Cleanliness
