Good value for money The mattress was really miserable. A piece of thin foam. I am not very picky about mattresses but this one was below anything I encountered at any hotel. Coffee in the room was bad Heating was noisy and spotty Always had to wait for elevator. At one point one of the elevators was out of order for more than 12 hours and the lines were very long. Very Good Of the only two elevators present in the hotel, one was out of service most of the time. Frustrating sometimes. Very good location to explore The City. Gentle and professional staff.

Rustikales Hotel mit 80er Jahre Charme in einer absoluten klasse Lage! Die Fenster konnten/durften nicht geöffnet werden. Die Zimmerluft war daher nur mit einer lauten Klimaanlage zu „erfrischen“. Super zentrale Lage zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und klasse U-Bahn-Anbindung. Die 5th Avenue und das Empire State Building sind um die Ecke. Ebenso wie eine Vielzahl an Restaurants, Imbissen und Soppingmöglichkeiten

Very Good Leider war der zweite Aufzug defekt und so musste man lange auf den zweiten Aufzug warten. Ebenfalls war der Kaffeeautomat und der Getränkeautomat nicht verfügbar. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sehr groß und sauber. Die Dachterrasse, mit Blick auf das Empire State Building, war sehr schön. Wir finden, es hatte eine sehr gute Lage. Zu Fuß war man in 15 Minuten am Times Square.
