Pleasant Bedside lamp didn't work. We had trouble adjusting heat, even though the temp. was set at 72, cold air continued to be pumped into the room. Shower temp. was lukewarm, even at end of shower. Christina at front desk was very, very friendly and very professional
Fair When i got to the hotel i was informed i booked for only one person when there were 2 of us. Additional charge for a second person. Never had this happen at other hotels for only 2 people. Street noise and bed was not made one day as well as trash nit emptied. Desk staff said i could have got room cheaper if i had gone directly through them. Location
Perfect location clean and comfortable beds Only fault was not been able to pay up front the guy said we had to pay at check out which was a bit annoying as we wanted to our bill to be settled also that we had to freeze our friends credit card while we stayed so she was unable to use it as the hotel needs it for security. Absolutely perfect location just around the corner from Macy's . So Central . Clean the beds are so comfortable and the room was spotless . Fantastic hotel, comfy room, staff were friendly and helpful One of the lift's was broken on one of the days which was actually really difficult as we were on the 14th floor! We did walk up the stairs on one occasion and really regretted it haha. Also, the view was terrible but that's to be expected in an area where all the buildings are so close together. Very Good Breakfast was really simple. Location was good, lots of food choice. I kind of booked the last minute cheap queen room so that was a good deal.
