4-tägiger Städtetrip im Dezember 2021 Leider stand im Hotel kein Gepäckraum zur Verfügung. Späteste Check-Out-Zeit ist 12.00 h. Unser Flug ging erst am Abend. Damit wir den Tag noch etwas in der City hätten geniessen können, wäre es für uns wertvoll gewesen, unsere beiden Reisekoffer im Hotel zu deponieren. Leider wurde uns diese Dienstleistung verweigert. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit, das Zimmer um weitere 3 Stunden zu verlängern - für 75 Dollar!! Sehr gute Lage gleich beim Empire Statue Building

Exceptional I liked the room and location. The bed was very comfortable. The room was quite spacious. I also appreciate the method of entering the hotel after hours for our safety (using your room key to enter the lobby).
I made the best of it, staff was nice and it was quiet. I didn’t like shower, water sprayed everywhere and floor slanted, water got everything wet! I endured but too dangerous for me and uncomfortable. The location was great but room very uncomfortable, floors tilted and I have imbalance issues and was difficult for me. Bathroom very tiny and slanted floors and shower was dangerous for me.
