Recepcionistas de pena, el resto: perfecto. Casi todos los empleados de recepción unos verdaderos maleducados que no se molestan en intentar entender fuera del idioma inglés. Muy poco atentos y nada empáticos. Cuando les planteas un problema, la técnica de la repetición es la utilizada por ello y parece que les molesta tener que repetir los mensajes para poder llegar a entenderlos aquellos que no somos americanos. Espectacular El calefactor hace mucho ruido, nada terrible, pero puede mejorar Excelente ubicación, hay muchas estaciones de metro cerca, habitación grande y la cama era muy cómoda, el baño impecable y espacioso, las instalaciones eran muy lindas, el personal solucionó nuestros problemas en caso de requerirlo, iban a limpiar la habitación todos los días

Increíble, no lo dudes ni 1 segundo. La verdad que no hay nada que no me gustara, este hotel ha superado mis expectativas. No crean los comentarios que ponen aquí. El Hotel en general esta bastante bien, leía los comentarios y según lo que ponían no es para nada asi. La habitación era perfecta, la cama era super grande y todo entraba super bien, tiene armario, una cómoda para guardar tu ropa también, un escritorio y mesillas, hay enchufes por todos lados. Good location, no charm More like apartment building with hotel rooms. No charm. No extras. No baggage storage. White towels all had stains and hair on it. Loud pipe next to window. Very good location in busy Korea street, close to Empire state building . Nice and clean room. Comfortable bed. Lots of storage spaces and hooks in the room/bathroom.
