Good Lit trop petit pour deux. Petit déjeuné pas digne d'un 3 etoiles. Très bien situé. Rooftop bar avec vue sur l'empire state building, sympa de nuit.
Great central location, comfy beds , good breakfast free wifi. 1 lift broke down meant several minutes wait for 1 working lift but it was fixed later that day so not a big deal. Location is ideal close to everything and for the parts not close to the subway is at end of street. Ideal breakfast to start the day quick easy and filling. Stayed 5 nights requested a room change after second night due to noise from vents , moved to a much quieter (bigger) room with zero fuss. Good but had a much better experience the year before. One elevator was out pretty much out whole stayand we were on 9th floor so had to wait every single time as the one elevator was always full. When I had called for parking directions, the person gave me the wrong directions to the parking garage. Lost time in getting to hotel. Parking we had to wait 45 min. for our car as there was only the manager on duty. Other 2 workers were on break at the same time. Good price compared to others in area. Great location. Some little things like loose new tiles in the bathroom but overall an OK stay. Good price compared to others in the area. Staff very friendly. Rooftop bar was something fun to check out.
Valeu pela localização e pelo tamanho do quarto Foi cobrada uma taxa de US$25,00/dia que não constava na reserva(surpresa desagradável). Com este acréscimo valeria a pena ficar em outro hotel superior que eu já fiquei. A cama era muito desconfortável. Café da manhã muito simples e em local pequeno. Banheiro pequeno e antigo. A limpeza era realizada satisfatoriamente. O quarto tinha um bom tamanho. A localização do hotel é muito boa. Pessoal prestativo.
Great stay Breakfast was great as was the location
Great location, good breakfast. Reasonable price I found the initial ‘greeting’ at reception a bit too businesslike- no words of welcome, just ‘I need your ID and credit card’. Very off putting. My room was small which isn’t a problem but there was no chair - bed was only place to sit. Also, the shower head and the room safe were both difficult to reach as they are set very high for us shorter people - I’m 5’3” and really struggled- maybe a chair would have helped Location is fabulous.
