Highly recommend! The lifts were quite slow (although reasonably sized) and one lift was out of order a couple of times during our stay. We didn’t have a great view (an alleyway and office building) it was nice and quiet. The rooms were quite dark though due to how close the buildings were together. Nothing to do with the hotel itself but I wish I paid for the rooms at time of booking (about 6 weeks before our stay) as the £ dropped and we ended up paying almost 1:1 and it worked out £350 more expensive compared to if we pai... read more

Nice hotel to stay in NY The WiFi signal was quite bad inside our room, we need to leave the door open to be able to use it. In addition, through the window you could only see a dark alley. The hotel is well located near a lot of stores and places to eat.

friendly staff, clean room, facility could use some maintenance the elevator would consistently break down, luckily we stayed on the 3rd floor so the whole time we were taking the stairs to our room very close to Times Square and other attractions including food places, bars, and gift shops
