Central friendly and value for money Air conditioning was very noisy Very central to everything and easy walk to subway. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful
It was ok There’s no room service Location is perfect to all the places a regular tourist would want to visit in Manhattan!
Very Good Free Continental Breakfast was great, and the 24hr cappuccino machine was a bonus. Heater was broken in our room. Staff responded quickly with a space heater that was more than sufficient.
Great location, great staff vey clean Very clean. Nice staff especially Debbie on the seventh floor, very friendly and helpful a lovely good morning every day. Good breakfast.
