Disappointed with being ripped off . Some staff were quite rude. They charged us extra when we arrived saying the room had only been booked for 1 person . But when they sent questionnaires to us , it was addressed to myself & my husband even though we hadn’t given them additional nfo during our stay . I have read that we are not the only ones this has happened to . Very clean . The bed was very cozy & it was ideally situated .
great time..helpful staff...would stay again no hand rails on front steps.....no grab bars in shower...recovering from foot sx and that was a problem. didn't ask for handicap room but thought all hotels have grab bars. close to the action....right where you want to be
Good Não ter microondas e frigobar no quarto. A Wi-Fi é fraca. Só funcionava dentro do quarto. Não consegui acessar internet no hall de entrada. E não consegui obter informação no hotel quanto a possíveis passeios na cidade. Descobri na rua e não sei se contratei a melhor opção.
Excelente lugar para se hospedar em NYC pela localização, hotel razoável! Alguns funcionários do hotel mau humorados e pouco prestativos, o café da manhã muito simples! Localização ótima, quarto confortável
It's an excellent hotel at reasonable price none It's an excellent hotel at reasonable price. The room was large for Manhatten compared to the similar hotels. The location is perfect.
Good location. Clean and Friendly. Employees pleasant and accommodating (Ronica) Housekeeping staff and Maintenance accommodating Concierge onsite Airport shuttle available Korean area with good restaurants Herald Square area with nearby Subway
A perfectly comfortable and conveniently located place to stay The continental breakfast was average Bed was very comfortable
