An average value for NYC. The water went out one day for maintenance with the communication that bottled water would be available for a couple hours. The concierge thought there might be bottle water in the basement... but there was nothing in the lobby. Why not put some bottles in the lobby? Everything was adequate. Hey, it's NYC. There aren't great values. (Wow, I can't believe that someone would complain about no hot milk. Is this supposed to be Afghanistan or something? Breakfast was OK).
Amazing! Shower was difficult to work out how to use. Location was great. 10 minute walk to time sq. hotel was clean and staff are friendly. Breakfast is a selection of cereal, toast, bagels. Hot a cold drinks. Roof top bar at this hotel you get a great view of the Empire State Building.
Good value, great location, stress free stay. The female concierge was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I don’t think it is fair to have a sign saying concierge as she will only sell you tickets, nothing more, I found her incredibly unhelpful. It would be more reasonable to change the sign to “ticket sales” or similar if this is all she does. Her attitude wasn’t in keeping with the rest of the staff who were very professional and helpful. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen, für NY Verhältnisse tolles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Sauberkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig (Staub wischen und bis in die Ecken gesaugt wurde nicht so wirklich; im Bad auf dem Regal hat man mit dem Finger eine Nachricht schreiben können) und die Klima-/Heizungsanlage vor dem Fenster haben wir mal lieber aus gelassen.
