Rude front desk staff The lady staff at the front desk who was rude. When we check-in she failed to give us the parking ticket for tshe valet oarking which i thought she had in in our file, when we check-out she insisted that she gave it to us and despite of my husband telling her we did not get any...she insisted that she handed to us not only twice but 5x and she claimed she was sure about it and that she even temember the color of our car. Sehr gutes preisgünstiges Hotel in Manhattan (vor allem für junge Leute) Zimmer sind klein, aber das ist halt in Hotels in MIdtown Manhattan so Tolle Dachterrasse (mit Raucherbereich !!!) mit Blick auf Empire State Building

Good Le petit déjeuner L'emplacement de l'hôtel
Good Mi hanno tolto tre volte l'importo del soggiorno al check-in scusandosi poi di aver sbagliato e aver provveduto alla richiesta di storno. Il problema è che per ben 15 gg la carta, avendo superato il plafond, è stata inutilizzabile. Ottima posizione, fermata metro a 100 mt, vicinissimo a Time Square per passeggiata serale, camere piccole ma confortevoli a parte il bagno un po' datato. Colazione discreta.

Very Good Breakfast was only bagels, donuts and yogurt, nothing for those that don't tolerate carbs. The hotel is in a very popular area making the street in front of the entrance of the hotel full with people walking and standing. Clean, huge room and bathroom by NYC standards.
