Great location, price, and rooms were nice. The staff at check in was rude and not customer oriented.

Lovely hotel tucked away on Korea Way Breakfast is very basic, cereal, toast and bagels but nothing to moan at...it's free and included in the price so a good place to start the day before your adventures in New York Very friendly and welcoming upon arrival, we were early (arriving at noon) but we were still allowed to check in early (at no extra cost)
Very Good For being is such a central location, the hotel itself (and my room) were surprisingly quiet/peaceful. I also thought the staff was very friendly. I stayed for over a week, and I would do so again.

Awesome Front desk staff was helpful, especially Tom, who is one of the most professional people in that position I have ever seen.
Awesome Nothing! The Hoyle staff was so friendly and helpful. Location is key! Rooms are extremely clean! I’ll definitely be back!
Good The bed weren't as comfortable also the room was to bright at night, the room need darker curtains. Staff were very accessible and professional, Staff showed they care about the customers and the breakfast room was very clean and had a pleasant atmosphere.
