Quick and friendly service. Needs better continental breakfast. Quick service. Friendly staff.
Location good. Beds comfy. We were in room on 4th floor facing 32nd Street. It was very noisy much of the night. Bed comfortable. Towels soft & good quality.
Amazing hotel Maybe breakfast should be something variable. Although it is a good breakfast it would be spectacular to have some variety Excellent service.
Great value in the center of town Breakfast could be improved with some vegetables. My colleague is Vegan and had to bring his own food with him to breakfast. Spacious queen room. Very Comfi beds. Excellent location. Fast WiFi. Checkout at 12 was perfect for our needs,
The hotel was in a convenient location and therefore value for money. Plastic cutlery and polystyrene plates, cups and bowls- not environmentally friendly and terrible to eat from from breakfast each day! Turnover of staff members at the check-in and Concierge desk meant a plethora of conflicting answers to our questions; more staff training and continuity is required. Very comfortable bed. The heating was over the top in the hotel in general, but the room temperature was adjustable.

Comfortable bed slept well The fact that I was charged more for double occupancy and that i had to sign a paper for $25 per hour additional if your late checking out.

Okay for short stay. Breakfast choice was limited, and area was busy, hotel had other noisy guests, 2:00-3:00 in the morning shouting in the corridor. The water went off completely one day so couldn’t wash or shower to go out in the evening. Family of 4 travelling for two weeks, stayed for 3 nights, was long enough. Hotel was in a good location close to tube, front desk was helpful.
