Pleasant Breakfast poor (just coffee, juice, cereal and breads), the pillows it is so uncomfortable. We taken a cold shower when we woke up in the morning the boiler was broken and anyone told to us. Super clean, the full size bed it's amazing super comfortable, Location it's no bad just 15 minutes walking from at Times Square.
Good hot water-there was none cleanliness

Good location. Great value. Room was very small but that is normal for New York. Room had been updated. Good value for the money. Nice Lobby.
OK nothing fancy but ok Breakfast was sad. Nothing but toast and doughnuts. No meat or eggs. Also elevator was too slow at times
Koreatown in NYC Breakfast could have more hot options. Perfect location to explore all Manhatten. Rooftop bar was a nice spot to have a drink and view the Empire State Building.
Great value for the money spent. It was as expected, no complaints The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable. No complaints.
