Good value in great location, splendid service! Nothing, hairdryer in room wasn't working - they replaced it. Use of computers to print off Boarding passes. Arranged shuttle bus to airport, let us know when there was something in the area that meant roads were closed on Sunday. All at front desk were really helpful. Great No fridge in the room! :( The king size bed, big shower, good tv channels
Aside from receptionist being nasty and rude. The room was clean. I did not feel welcome at all and was discriminated on. Very clean hotel. However, front desk receptions was horrible. Automatically I was discriminated against the second I walked in. My welcome literally went as follow. Me: Hi, I booked a reservation for today. Excellent Small room size. Located next to 5th ave,lots of foods around, convenient to get to a 24hr CVS on corner, 3min walk to Peen station.
Super Ausgangslage Im Frühstücksraum war es enorm kalt. Hier hielt man sich wirklich nur die paar Minuten für das nötigste auf, trotz Jacke. Das Einweggeschirr inkl. Plastik-Besteck ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir wollten ein ruhiges Zimmer und erhielten einen sehr kleinen Raum mit kleinem Bett. Kaum Platz um an einander vorbei zu gehen. Max. für 1 Person geeignet. No es recomendable a pesar de su buena ubicacion y precio. Si vuelvo a NY no repetire, seguro ! El trato del personal y jefa de recepcion (tosco, muy poco amable y sin voluntad de atencion y servicio al cliente).
