Over all good the one person in lobby not friendly Hostes Good
Tutto perfetto meglio di quanto previsto, Hotel in ottima posizione per visitare Manhattan. Nulla in particolare. Colazione discreta e compresa nel prezzo, camera spaziosa e silenziosa

I loved my stay and will come again. They made me feel at home. Breakfast choices could be better but overall it was ok Bed and pillows were memory foam and felt wonderful. The housekeeper was excellent as was the concierge and front desk. The location was easy to subways and Times Square. Overall the hotel was excellent and I would highly recommend. We will definently stay again.
Okay but would not return again. Room very dark overlooking a dingy basement. Reception staff offhand, verging on disinterested. I booked a very early alarm call and it didn't happen. Very comfy bed. Lovely barman on the top floor bar. Very nice room maid.
Excellent More of a variety for breakfast No eggs
Pleasant with some issues with the cooling and shower. Prefer to have handheld showers. Unable to control the cooling. Shower too high for short people, and the design of the window ledge in the bathroom is poor - always a pool of water on the window ledge. Very slow elevator with only two in use. Location is great - can walk everywhere, particularly to Macy's, Empire State Building and hop on busses.
