Clean, friendly hotel located in the heart of Manhattan. Can't get much better in terms of value! The selection at the breakfast buffet was a bit lacking, but it was free, so can't really complain! Very friendly service, comfortable bed and excellent rooftop bar!

We will stay again when we come back to New York. We Love New York Not a single issue. I have a hard sleeping without a fan. They got me one. Awesome! Roof Top Bar with the view of the Empire States Building, quick access to the subway! Front Desk very helpful. The room was small, but comfy bed, pillow, control your own room temp, cable tv, free wifi, much to choose from for breakfast. Great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Exceptional I didn't like that were no waffles offered as an opinion for breakfast. Other then that I loved my stay! Wishing they had waffles included with the breakfasts but I am just grateful for their breakfast! Rooftop bar was so cool!
Hotel & staff were very nice & location was great for Penn Station. 32nd St was crowded after noon & during the evening. Car horn honking for no apparent reason from 1 a.m.- 4 a. m. Friendly staff

Great Stay. Highly recommended. Everything. Very Clean hotel. Great Value for money , especially when travelling with Family with kids. One of the rare hotels in NYC with Free Breakfast.
Ottima posizione e discreta qualità/prezzo hotel sostanzialmente pulito anche se si potrebbe migliorare con una maggiore attenzione ai dettagli. Posizione ottima tra due linee della metro, raggiungibile a piedi anche la Penn station (snodo dal quale è possibile raggiungere ogni parte di New York). Colazione non molto varia ma comunque sufficiente - difficile poi trovare un hotel con colazione inclusa nella stessa zona.
