Good spot, great location Nothing in particular, room was just a little small but it's NYC. Convenience to major transportation!
the stay at la quinta was comfortable We didn't like the elevator, very slow and old. One of them was broke during our visit and our room was at 14th floor. Hotel was clean, small room and bathroom, nice rooftop bar. Location is perfect if you want to visit Times Square and Empire State.

Great beds, but look elsewhere for good service. We checked in late and got put in room 1406, which is right next to the rooftop bar. There is no soundproofing and we were kept awake by door slamming and loud conversations until 3 am. When we asked for a room switch the next day we were told "there's nothing we can do" repeatedly. Only after several minutes of argument were we begrudgingly given a new room - without hot water. Would never stay here again. Worst customer service ever. I enjoyed this hotel because of the location. The breakfast had limited items to choose from so I wish it had more for a big day out on the town. I loved the location, the clean facilities, and the value of the room. The staff was very nice.
Muy cómodo. Seguro si vuelvo a NY, me quedo ahí No nos gusto que la primer noche nos mandaron a otro hotel por un problema que ellos tuvieron y lo tuvimos que pagar de nuestro bolsillo porque la empresa pago por ESE hotel y no cubría el otro ( error de ellos que así fuera) y total, nos hicieron cambiar varias veces. Fue terrible con tantas maletas que traíamos El desayuno continental no estuvo mal. La gente de la recepción fue muy amable y las camas estaban suuuper cómodas
Stay was average . The room was too expensive for the price . Room was too small for the high price i paid and there was no ventilation . Breakfast menu was too limited . No help near the breakfast counter Location
