Amazing hotel with added bonus of rooftop bar Nothing Hotel room was bigger than normal for nyc.staff were so friendly, Free Breakfast was enough to kickstart the day. The whole hotel is spotless I honestly couldnt fault anything plus 3 minute walk to macys I would return in a heartbeat its the best hotel in nyc ive stayed in.

Great Value and Highly Recommended! 32nd St West was a bit dirty and congested. Really comfy beds. Spotless clean hotel. Breakfast was great to get you started, and tea coffee and water available all day was a real bonus. Friendly staff. Good location for the sights.
Ok for a short stay Outside and inside noise was distracting Room was clean and the bed was comfortable
Softest matress ever Breakfast hall was very crowded and too small, usage of plastic cups/boards/utensils isn't sustainable. Breakfast options were OK though. Bed (mattress) was extremely soft, didnt give real support. Bath is for children only (approx 1m long) Location was perfect, near subway and lots of restaurants on Korea Way. Room wasn't big, but big enough, especially for Manhattan standards.
