Reclamo Solicito contacto para reclamar devolucion . pues hice la aclaracion antes de viajar y entrar al hotel que solo llegariamos (2) personas y que solo estariamos las 2 ultimas noches ( 4 ) personas. Y me cobraron todo.las 6 noche como si hubiesemos estado las 4 personas. Hice el reclamo en el hotel pero me dijeron que ellos no devolvian nada que me tocaba hablar con ustedes que debo hacer para que me realicen esta devolucion gracias josefina cantor bogota - colombia

Bia Transfer para o aeroporto indicado pelo concierge. Nunca vi um sujeito tão mal educado! Intimidador. Parecia um mafioso russo dos filmes de hollywood. Xingava todos os motoristas no caminho. A gorjeta nao parecia uma opção, mas uma obrigação. Mensagens em todo o carro de que a gorjeta de 15-20 % nao estava incluida. Eu, claro que paguei a gorjeta! Estava com duas filhinhas lindas. A good location but rather expensive for what it offers The room was small and quite old, wallpaper and the carpet are indicative of a not so clean room The location
Good its very simple. I wouldnt give it 4 stars. 3 stars max. breakfast was dull. shower was leaking out everywhere i was going crazy trying to guard with my body so all the water doesn't get out of the shower. LOCATION is just amazing. clean bed.
