For New York City, fair value for price. Elevator service, particularly at peak times and when rooftop lounge open. Was impressed by positive attitude of staff, particularly of (Sikh?) in dining area, and willingness to assist wherever/whenever possible.

Best beds in New York The breakfast was rather minimal and what was there wasn't that good. It was also very crowded and loud. Wonderful rooms which are very spacious for New York standards. Amazingly comfy beds and a nice bedrooms.

Viaje a Washington y no pude dejar las maletas sabiendo q volvía una noche después ..así q las tuve q llevar a un sitio en un piso regentado por coreanos para dejar mis maletas ... Mon aventure new-yorkaise - le système de douche au mur. Pour une femme la douchette est plus pratique - Le bar sur le toit trop petit pour le monde qui le fréquente - le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus étoffé et plus varié (œufs brouillés, jambon, yaourts nature, salade de fruits frais) La situation de l'hotel qui permet de faire beaucoup de visites à pied La gentillesse du personnel notamment à l'accueil Le petit déjeuner compris dans le tarif de la chambre
Gutes und bezahlbares Haus in top Lage! Zimmer sind sehr klein und nach Hinten raus extrem laut wegen der Klimaanlagen der Nachbathäuser. Top Lage, freundliches Personal, einfaches aber gutes Konti-Frühstück, kleine Rooftop Bar, frische Handtücher gab es jeden Tag (gar nicht unbedingt nötig) und eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer.

Clean, Comfortable, Great Location and the Right Price We made a stop off at the hotel between a day of site seeing and a show so that we could have a quick shower and change. There was no hot water for the shower. That sucked. Also, the elevators are quite slow. Location was great and the room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
