Pleasant La réceptionniste a du oublier son sourire et sa politesse sur l'oreiller le matin .... d'une impolitesse incroyable, dommage! Et ce n'est pas mieux pour le concierge qui ne nous a été d'aucune utilité sauf nous arnaquer de 90 $ pour une transport jusqu'à l'aéroport de Newark en nous racontant d'énormes mensonges.... et nous sommes tombées dans le panneau, on ne nous y reprendra plus! Hôtel bien situé, en plein quartier coréens, idéalement placé pour visiter NY.

Recommended Tom on the front desk was lovely and helped me out a couple of times but everyone else we encountered seemed a bit surly. The concierge was the most unhelpful I've ever come across. The cleaning ladies were always smiling though. Room was small but comfortable, the only draw back was the fact that there was no natural light coming in through the window because of the proximity to other buildings. We had one tiny bit of sky to look at. But this is Manhattan and our room was only a base. A view, or at least natural... read more
