Fair Although located in a convenient location, it was just too noisy and we didn't get much sleep. Worse than that were some of the female receptions who were just rude and very unhelpful. Probably some of the most disagreeable female receptions I've ever encountered. In addition to the above, breakfast was just poor quality. Location is convenient and half of the staff we interacted with were nice. Bed was big. Very friendly and helpful doormen.
Good centrally located hotel Lifts slow but happy to use stairs to burn off some of the food we'd eaten! Noisy bathroom fan and air conditioning. Room doors slammed shut which was really noisy when next door's guests going in and out. Excellent location and the rooftop bar has the best backdrop ever! (View of empire state building) Very comfy bed and pillows. Very clean. Great shower.

Hotel bien placé mais prestation très moyenne. Chambre bruyante (proche des conduits de ventilation et clim), vue sombre (enfermé entre différents immeubles), finition vieillotte. Ascenseur long à obtenir. Faible choix de petit déjeuner. Très bonne localisation, proche du métro et des différents quartiers de NY. Peu bruyant (circulation et rue). Petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Rooftop (terrasse en haut de l'immeuble)
