Excellent A concierge who seemed to sit and read her own emails and barely interacted with clients, and when she did, wasn't able to answer my question about weighing my bags - luckily the excellent front desk person and the luggage guy stepped in to help. Good location in NYC Noise from the street. Spotlights at the front entrance lit up the room all night. I'm a LaQuinta member but get no points when booking through a third party. That's absurd!! I still paid you a ton of money. Convenient location in Manhattan.
