Good Great location
コスパがよくて満足 朝食時、座席は待たずに確保できたが、食べ物を取るのに並んだ。冷蔵庫前の動線がよくなるよう配置を工夫す- れば、もっとスムーズになりそうな気がした。 エレベーター前の部屋だったが、バスタブ付きで広く、静かで快適だった。 ベッドの両脇にランプだけでなく読書灯もあり、米国のホテルには珍しく照明が明るかった。コンセントも多く、充電に便利だった。ベッドは低反発マットで、寝心地がよかった。 屋上のパブは満席であきらめたが、エンパイアステートビルを見上げながら飲むお酒は楽しそうだった。 地下に自由に飲み物をもらえる設備があり、コーヒーや紅茶の他、水やカプチーノなどもあり、とてもよかった。
Okay Accommodations were adequate but just. Room barely large enough, bathroom sink had no space for toiletries, there was no water glass, the lighting was bright but unflattering, the tub/shower space tiny. Breakfast was low quality. Bed too soft. The window overlooked an air shaft. It was quiet but couldn't see outside. Room was clean, plenty of pillows. A/C good.
Poco serio al no respetar la cancelacion de la reserva y cobrarla. Que me cobraran el precio de la habitacion , en una reserva anterior, pese a haberla cancelado en tiempo y plazo. Me informaron desde la administracipn que reversarian la operacion, mediante nota de credito en mi tarjeta de credito, de esto hace un mes u no ha ocurrido. La atencion del personal
Great price great location The elevators were to slow l, took to long to get to your room or come down horrible that was the only problem Great place great location great staff everyone very nice, room was clean beds were great!!

Great location, good value for money hotel. Front bedrooms very noisey. Breakfast very busy sometimes no free tables. Aircon was fierce in the breakfast room. Great location. Within walking distance of so many great places to visit.
Las mejores vacaciones en Nueva York la ubicación del hotel es excelente. las camas son muy cómodas. tienen autoservicio de café, te y agua mineral todo el día en el sub suelo del hotel.
Exceptional I didn't like that I was quoted $296 and was charged $321 with no explanation Very clean, staff very welcoming and willing to help
