Ter sido atendido por um recepcionista que falou que não compreendia e nem falava espanhol, por duas vezes e em uma outra situação conversou comigo em espanhol, sendo esse mesmo recepcionista que me colocou em um andar de fumantes super fedido, depois de varias reclamações e quando aprendeu a falar a "falar minha lingua" me teocou de quarto por 3 noites, e tambem queria saber como se calcula o valor a ser cobrado com os impostos pois na minha conta deu um valor e na conta do hot... read more
Exceptional Las almohadas un poco blandas para mi gusto, y el desayuno algo escaso y sin mucha variedad, si eres de desayunar fuerte te faltará, no fue nuestro caso pero si nos falto algo más de variedad. La situación, a pie se puede recorrer gran parte de Manhattan; el personal del hotel, super atentos; la señal excelente del wifi en la habitación.
A really good stay! The breakfast wasn't incredible. Bed really comfortable. Location perfect! Staff is really helpful. The hotel is clean.
Un hotel à recommander Un léger problème de chauffage mais rapidement règler grâce à un personnel efficace. Super localisation dernier l Empire State Building , près de Madison Square, Penn et à 5 minutes de Times Squares. Un bon hotel rapport qualité prix. Personnel agréable et serviable. Et le quartier Korean Town est bien animé

I recommend it for its location in Manhattan! I was there only 1 night so I didn't catch something bad to tell other people. Nice location and confortable facilities!
Good wifi didn't always work, price was a little higher than I would have liked but it is NYC location, place was clean, breakfast included

Didn't really find anything not to like My wife and I recently stayed here for her birthday and was our first time in NYC.After much research on the Internet we chose to stay here and Iwe were happy with our choice.Hotel was very centrally located to everything.Was a good base to explore NYC.Comfortable bed and room well cleaned everyday.Decent complementary continental breakfast.Modern feel to the hotel and value for money. Would stay again and recommend.
