it was good but not enough,... 1-the desighn of hotel inside was not colorful it is depress, 2-behavior of some staffs 3-The color of their clothes not colorful 4- when i want to use bar they asked for id card,i told them i am your guest but he didnt respect even to themselves & he ignored their card. 5-Refrigerator: 1-location 2-free coffee 24 hours 3-design of hotel,outside.. 4-bar 5-my room location in the floor 6-business space including free print for 24 hours 7-shuttle airport (jfk,...)

Pleasant Frühstück einfach, Zimmer durch externe Klimaanlagen laut, Preis nicht gerade günstig - ist aber vermutlich in dieser Lage nahe Times Square nicht anders zu bekommen. Die Lage in Manhattan ist sehr gut. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption.

Exceptional I booked 3 nights thru Booking.com with fixed price. However they charged extra 10 bucks for the last night. I asked the front staff but he couldn't explain why, and I had to leave soon. So I just left the hotel. I liked this hotel but this situation made me disappointed. All staff I met there were very friendly and polite. Room is small but still ok. I'd like to stay again.

good over all valet parking The valet parking was a failure. at check in time i informed that I needed my car in the middle of the night. I had to wait 45 minutes for the car and then I had to get it myself from parking lot and still had to paid as if the car was valet park.
