You Get What You Pay For They didn't accommodate my reservation. I requested certain modifications in my stay and when I got to the hotel those request were not honored. The room was a decent size and clean.

Convenient location, good value Temperature control in the room was a little too over-reactive (i.e., if it felt a little warm, a lowering of the thermostat would bring about an instant cold blast and noise from the HVAC unit rather than just shutting itself off and letting the temperature decline gently). Chic Boutique Hotel Near Broadway and Penn Station Could have used nicer towels and sheets. Great location to Penn Station and Broadway. Chic design of lobby. Nice sized room with comfortable memory foam mattress and good pillows, really nice and helpful staff.
