Good hotel, bad personnel We had some problems. We arrived at 9 a in the morning at the hotel and went to the reception. The lady from told me that we can live the luggage and go into the city and make the check in at our return. when we returned, an other receptionist (a black guy) told us that our reservation was cancelled !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! be cause we did not arrived at the hotel until 6pm. Excellent hotel with great location Poor breakfast, however we were full after that. Room was beside the ice making machine, very noisy, a bit slow lifts. Excellent location, walking distance to the most attractions, super comfy bed with memory foam mattress. Friendly staff, good room cleanliness

Ottima posizione Personale alla reception, non di eccellente cortesia e disponibilità, ma nemmeno posso dire che sono stati scortesi. Migliorabile direi. Letto supercomodo, colazione gratuita e pulizia. Possibilità di stampare documenti nella hall e posizione strategica un po per tutto.

Fair Although located in a convenient location, it was just too noisy and we didn't get much sleep. Worse than that were some of the female receptions who were just rude and very unhelpful. Probably some of the most disagreeable female receptions I've ever encountered. In addition to the above, breakfast was just poor quality. Location is convenient and half of the staff we interacted with were nice. Bed was big. Very friendly and helpful doormen.
Good centrally located hotel Lifts slow but happy to use stairs to burn off some of the food we'd eaten! Noisy bathroom fan and air conditioning. Room doors slammed shut which was really noisy when next door's guests going in and out. Excellent location and the rooftop bar has the best backdrop ever! (View of empire state building) Very comfy bed and pillows. Very clean. Great shower.
