Cramped room. Rooms are too small, can't really see out the window. Old, slow elevator. Coffee/tea facility closed at early hours of morning. Lame breakfast. Nice bathroom. Modern tiles, looks newly renovated.

Pleasant Small room, no closet, boring breakfast, slow elevators (one was not working for 2 days),when I arrived back home I have noticed that an expensive facial cream I have bought in ny is missing. I am pretty sure it was taken...Did not noticed the loss since I put the full shopping bag in the suitcase without checking.Hotel public facilities are not clean, especialy public restroom (there is only one!).Breakfast room is not welcoming, very dark and crowded. Quiet, clean room, close to subwy station, safe

Holiday visit to see sites and shows. Concierge level of knowledge of the city was not great. Really not helpful in assisting in travel or activities. Really not sure what it takes to get tha job, but you need to hire people who have some knowledge of the city. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Location is excellent. Breakfast very good.
Good Elevador demorado, quarto pequeno mas aconchegante Café incluso (algo bem difícil em ny), perto da Penn Station (pra pegar os trens e chegar do aeroporto por transporte público, foi excelente!), metros perto tbm.
