Hotel bien placé mais prestation très moyenne. Chambre bruyante (proche des conduits de ventilation et clim), vue sombre (enfermé entre différents immeubles), finition vieillotte. Ascenseur long à obtenir. Faible choix de petit déjeuner. Très bonne localisation, proche du métro et des différents quartiers de NY. Peu bruyant (circulation et rue). Petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Rooftop (terrasse en haut de l'immeuble)

My new go-to hotel in the heart of NYC! Breakfast offerings were so so. Waffles cold, tables needed cleaning. Layout of items could be improved Super comfortable bed, great location, friendly staff.
Décus par les prestations de l'Hotel aucune visibilité nous avions une chambre vue sur cour - Roof top accessible aux clients de l'hôtel et autres visiteurs. Au 14è étage, le bruit est insupportable pour les clients qui dorment à cet étage. Bar ouvert de 16h à minuit. Salle de petit déjeuner impersonnelle, on se croit dans un restauroute, assiettes/couverts/verre en plastique, le tout jetable, quel gâchis.... petit déjeuner sans choix, limite, je préfère retrouver un hôtel sur Central Park avec de la verdure, et payer 17 US ... read more
