Only the bar on the roof is nice. Small room, got a room where already people were staying in. Unkind staff. Bar on the roof and location

Hôtel idéalement placé. Le bruit de la rue, sirènes de police, Klaxon même au 11ème étage. Demandez une chambre ne donnant pas sur la rue. La situation de l'hôtel est excellente, à côté de l'Empire State Building, proche de Penn Station et des lignes de métro.
Excellent Forse un po' caro,ma pare che sia la media in Manhattan. Ottima posizione e pulizia camere, buona colazione. Discreta disponibilità dello staff. Camere piccoline ma più che sufficienti!
Un piacevole ritorno La mia seconda volta presso questa struttura é stata la conferma di ció che effettivamente é..albergo con ottima posizione,pulito,colazione inclusa nel prezzo che non guasta,roof top carino e molto intimo...insomma,lo consiglio volentieri.
Mon hôtel préféré ! !! Tout est parfait. Situation. Personnel très serviable. Chambres propres et confortables. Pdj excellent. Rapport qualité prix exceptionnel

Good one of the concierge employees (no name badge but she had what seemed to be a eastern European accent) was very unfriendly and not at all helpful. it was like she didn't know the information so she just made it up. it was really disappointing because the other employees were quite helpful. good location but difficult to access in traffic. room was on the 10th floor and at the back of the hotel so it was really quite. this was a surprise given we were in the middle of new york.
