Wonderful view, but the hotel, staff, and breakfast weren't what I expected for the money spent. It took much longer than expected to check in and when I did check in the 2 staff members working were not the friendliest to us. In fact, the man at the desk pretty much ignored me for several minutes after asking if I wanted to check in. Finally, a woman checked me in and took my payment. Excellent value for top notch accomodations! Breakfast was great, the facilities and rooms were very clean and neat, the location and room views were spectacular, and the staff was courteous and friendly. My daughter and I loved everything about the hotel. Will be coming back!

Exceptional The room location was a little expensive. But as I see it for the time of year the rates are always raised for accomodations. I did not like that we were not told about the pet deposit per night until check in. It would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could be more prepared. I also did not get my extra pillows I had asked for prior to my arrival. I really like how attentive the staff was and how clean the breakfast area was kept. Very nice place to relax and enjoy the bluebonnets. Elevator number two was so noisy that I felt unsafe. View of lake and landscaping.
