Pleasant People above us were real jearks, I guess it was their kids stomping around literally both mornings around 6am for two straight hr. We called for help on this the staff supposedly went and told them to chill but it only got worse..Also when we got back to the hotel the kids were able to just open the door without using our room key, we then locked it from the inside and I tried it again from the outside and the door would still open by pushing down the handle, room 304. I have already asked our maintenance personnel to replace the lock. We hope you will give us another try to prove that this is not the norm for us.
Exceptional The bed was comfortable, the shower was great!!! The room was just a little cramped.

Nice hotel at a great location. - Balcony is right next to the next one, so no privacy at all. - Walls are paper thin, so even when the people in the next room just talk very quietly, you can still hear every word and all sounds. You should insulate the walls right away. - Horrible light bulbs in the lamps, please replace for a bit warmer light. - Breakfast coffee is actually " coffee syrup" so no real coffee, too bad.
