Disappointing La Quinta Staff The staff at check-in were the worst I have ever encountered - even telling us that although we booked that hotel specifically for a balcony with lake view, the staff has been instructed to give all the Booking.com customers the bottom floors. I am not happy Staff not friendly nor helpful. Housekeeping did not put enough towels in room bt gave us two more when asked said they were low on towels also no cups for coffee were in the room nor for water when i called the front desk she was rude insisting they were there 1she did bring some up later my granddaughter was sick coming back from pool threw up in hallway I called front desk she informed me she was alone and had no one to clean it up so my friend took towels down the hall and cleaned up mess later I went to d... read more

Good Breakfast was just ok View was good. Clean room and comfortable bed
TOO MANY DOGS. There were too many dogs in the hotel. We saw ten in the first 20 minutes. This will keep me from staying here again. The location was great. We were able to get to our needed locations very easily.
Beautiful view from all rooms. The view is dreamy.
Pleasant The mattresses were rather lumpy. The walls were quite thin, which meant we heard our neighbors a little too clearly and well into the early morning hours.
