Wonderful time in Marble Falls. Everything was great. It was peaceful and quiet. We sat on the balcony and it was beautiful. We just needed to get away from the crowds and be alone for a few days. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. We had a great time and will be back.

Fair When I booked my stay I had booked with an upper level floor plan. There was an option for upper level and lower level second floor. I chose the upper level. When I got there I was placed on lower level second floor. The guy at the front said they had mixed up my Room with someone with the same last name as me. So I ultimately didn’t get the room I had originally requested. Good location and comfortable stay

Fair They charged me an extra $200 for smoking on the patio, that was about 50 feet from the front door that had a smokers outpost. Right above the smokers outpost container was a sign saying to go across the parking lot to the gazebo to smoke. Very contradictory messaging. When asked about this they said that was for their “elderly clients that couldn’t make it all the way to the gazebo”. Mind you there were no signs on the patio door or patio that said no smoking. Taken advantage of by manager The manager forced our hand in needing payment in order to give us our prepaid room with Expedia. Expedia had not sent our payment through when we arrived. Management told us we could not have a room until we resolved the issue with Expedia. Even though our payment had already gone through on our credit card. We tried for an hour to get in contact with Expedia, but our call kept being dropped. Therefore we were told in order to get our room we would need to give them a new payment. Bad I booked the presidential suite, and was very disappointed. It was a reg room just extended. Out dates furniture, no soap to was your hands, 1 pack of reg coffee. Other guest partying outside my room all night. Did not sleep well. Canceled my next night due to this and ti make things worse it was our 14 year anniversary that was ruined and the experience of Marble Fall that we always wanted to visit. Our room was #409 I didn't like it

Just ok Customer service at checkout wasn't great. Was not greeted. Had to wait at the front desk for about 10 minutes. Before someone came out the back once she came out. She did not greet me It's really clean, nice location.
